The agreements are entered into in Danish.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.alluko-kids.com. Business customers do not have the right of withdrawal.
Payment and delivery
We accept payment via [payment options].If an international payment card (such as Visa or Mastercard) is used, the order amount will be reserved in your bank account immediately. In case of cancellation, the reservation of the amount will typically be revoked/released after 1-2 bank days. However, some banks may take up to 30 days to revoke a reservation.
The amount is only deducted when the goods are dispatched.
If you have ordered multiple items and one of the items is on backorder, we will only charge for that item when it is shipped.
Prices are stated in danish kroner. In addition to the price, shipping costs will be added. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 14 daysThe withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person designated by you (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered multiple goods in one order, and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the withdrawal period runs from when you or another person designated by you (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Returning/exchanging the goods and return costs
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Brovej 17, 4200 Slagelse without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The deadline is considered met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days.

You must pay for the shipping of the item you wish to exchange. We pay for the shipping of the desired replacement.
Goods cannot be sent by cash on delivery or without delivery.

Note: Include the delivery note in the package so that the return can be located.
For exchanges, send an email to hello@alluko-kids.com about the desired exchange, including details of the order number and the item in question.
Uncollected packages:
We reserve the right to charge our customers for the costs (return shipping, handling costs, etc.) incurred by handling an uncollected package. The fee for this is 75 DKK and it will be charged if the package is not collected within the specified days given by the chosen shipping company, or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal but have not contacted us regarding this.
Therefore, it is important that you always pick up your package, even if you have regretted your purchase and wish to return it. An order that is not picked up is not covered by the general right of withdrawal.
Refund of money for withdrawal
When you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we have received your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned.
We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing the goods and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.
You may normally examine the goods in the same way as you can and may in a store, but you must not put them into use. If you have used them in a way that is not allowed or possible in a store, and we cannot resell them, or cannot sell them at full price again, you should expect that we will deduct the depreciation in value from the amount you will get back. If the goods no longer have market value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
You must return the goods in the original packaging.
You should also ensure that the goods are properly packaged when you return them. You bear the risk of the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, keep the post receipt as well as any tracking number.
Complaint - If there is something wrong with the goods
If you buy a product and there is a defect in it - for example, a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You have a 24-month warranty, provided you make a complaint within a reasonable time. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for dispatch. Save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.
