I found it really hard to find a good beginner cutlery set, but these do really well.
Of course, there are many in silicone, but I think metal cutlery just grips the food really well, especially when we're talking about the fork.

You can use this cutlery already when they are around 12 months.
Starting with the handle, small enough to facilitate baby's motor coordination.
We give them no other choice but to take the handle at the bottom. A silicone material for a good grip that doesn't slip. It is a protective barrier to prevent children from placing their cutlery too far into their mouths.
